Application

The application period for autumn term 2018 will be from 1 December 2017 until 15 January 2018. Apply via www.universityadmissions.se.

You apply (valid for spring 2016)
to the Master's Programme entitled Contemporary Performative Arts with a personal project concept within the field of Dramatic performance/Acting. The project concept must be formulated in writing (at most three A4-pages).
Apart from the project concept itself, you must also attach a CV and describe how you want to implement your project with regard to form, time-line, final report etc. Your application may also include a CD, DVD or other materials if you wish.

Admissions test
The formulation of your project concept constitutes the first part of the admissions test.
If the admissions jury so decides, the applicant will thereafter be called to further tests or to an interview which takes place in calendar week 11. The personal project concept will constitute the foundation of the independent degree project included in the programme for the students who are admitted.

Working on a project shared by several students
It is possible to apply to the programme with a project concept that is e.g. related to other applicants' projects or that constitutes part of an artistic enterprise taking place outside the school. You may belong to a group where a number of individuals are interested in applying to the programme or you may have a project concept that is part of several people's work.
Please note that you are applying to the programme as an individual, and that as a student you will be examined on the various courses and on the programme as a whole only with regard to your own work.

Send your project concept and CV to:
Academy of Music and Drama, P O Box 210, SE-405 30 Göteborg, Sweden.
All material must be received by the Academy of Music and Drama no later than 1 February 2016.
Mark the envelope "Contemporary Performative Arts"
