Folk/world music interpretation - Master's programme in Music

The orientation is imprinted by a focus on the individual and his or her artistic integrity and profile. The tuition gives you a coherent comprehension of the musical demands of the national and international arena for solo and ensemble performance.

N.B. – No admission to this programme, instead we offer the new master's programme in improvisation and world music as of spring 2018.

The programme is taught in English.

We expect that you take responsibility for your own distinctive work path, and the seminars and supervision aim at supporting this process.
It is challenging to question the concept of interpretation and we try out different definitions and constructs around the concept.
