Bachelor programmes

We offer BA programmes in

Acting
Composition
Music
with the following orientations:
- Church music 
- Classical music
- Improvisation
- Individual performance
- Music and sound production
- World/folk music
Musical theatre
Opera

All our Bachelor's programmes are given in Swedish, except the BA programme in Classical Music which is given in English.

If you wish to apply for a student exchange or to study at our Academy as a free mover, please read more under the International students heading.

All our Bachelor's programmes also have Master's programmes to which you can apply after having completed your Bachelor studies.

Last days of application for the Bachelor's programmes for the academic year of 2018–2019:

Acting: 15 Jan 2018
Composition: 15 Jan 2018
Independent courses: 15 October 2017 (for spring semester 2018)
Music: 15 Jan 2018
Musical Theatre: No admission 2018
Opera: 15 Jan 2018
Teacher training - orientation music and theatre: 15 April 2018

Tuition fees
are charged from students from outside the EU/EES area.
This area includes all EU member countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
If you are a registered student at a Swedish University or University College at the time you submit your application, you won't have to pay any application fee.
If you have started your studies at a course or programme before 1 July 2011 you may complete that course or programme without having to pay any tuition fees.
